I’m a baby and toddler sleep coach, postpartum doula, and former nanny with over a decade of experience supporting families through the early years.

I'm here to show you that you can meet your baby's biological and developmental needs without sacrificing your own mental health. It doesn’t have to be one or the other, like we’re so often told.
