About Rachel

For the past decade, I’ve cared for little ones and supported families, and I truly love what I do. As a nanny, postpartum doula, and certified sleep professional, I’ve walked alongside parents through the joys and struggles of raising tiny humans. Through this experience I’ve seen firsthand how much sleep (or the lack of it) affects daily life and relationships. When you're running on empty and surrounded by conflicting advice, it’s easy to feel stuck, wondering if you’re doing it right.

As a sleep coach, I believe sleep evolves, just like your child. Sometimes, families need support to find a new rhythm that works. Every family is different, and it’s okay if what worked before isn’t working now. My job is to help you make meaningful changes that feel realistic, supportive, and aligned with your parenting values.

Training

A little more about me:

I spent years as a professional singer and actor, as well as a voice and theatre teacher. For a brief but glorious time, I was a celebrity to children when I played Ivy in Ivy and Bean the Musical (pictured above!). I love using creativity and music to bring joy and connection to little ones.

I’m passionate about natural, low-tox living and always happy to chat with families who are interested in easy, practical swaps for everyday products.

Last fun fact: I still have a baby tooth! Wild, I know.

When I’m not working with families, I enjoy spending time with my own! I recently moved to Colorado with my fiancé Alex and our dog son Rikki. We spend a lot of time outside, exploring the beautiful nature in this area.

I’ve seen so many parents feel torn between two extremes—strict sleep methods that don’t align with their values or feeling like they have no choice but to wait it out and fight through the exhaustion. But there’s a middle path. Sleep can improve in a way that respects both your child’s needs and your well-being. You don’t have to choose between the two.

I support families virtually, anywhere, and offer hybrid sleep support and in-person postpartum doula care in Fort Collins and surrounding Northern Colorado areas.
