Hey there! I’m Rachel
I’m a certified sleep coach, postpartum doula, and former infant and toddler career nanny with over a decade of experience supporting families through the early years.
I became deeply passionate about sleep support after seeing how lack of sleep can impact families in the early years. Too often, parents are told to either tough it out, or follow sleep advice that doesn’t feel right. I came to this field to offer a different path, a middle ground that honors both you and your child’s needs.
