Tailored sleep solutions that nurture rest, connection, and family well-being.

Wild Moon Sleep Coaching provides sleep support that is evidence-based, responsive, and rooted in honoring the needs of both parents and their little ones.

If any of this feels familiar, Wild Moon Sleep Support may be right for you.

  • You’re exhausted and ready for sleep to feel easier.

  • You want to support your child’s sleep without “cry it out” methods.

  • Your little one struggles with early wake-ups, short naps, or frequent night wakings.

  • You want to make bedsharing more sustainable.

  • You’re ready to gently transition your child to a crib or floor bed.

  • You want to reduce night feeds or night wean in a way that feels right for both of you.

  • You want a sleep professional who is evidence-based, takes a whole-picture approach, is feeding and lactation informed, truly listens, and supports you without judgment or shame.

Hey, I’m Rachel!

I’m a certified sleep professional, postpartum doula, and former career nanny passionate about helping families find sustainable, respectful sleep solutions for infants and toddlers.

I take a balanced approach to sleep support, guiding families toward changes that honor both their child’s needs and their own well-being. You don’t have to choose between rest and responsiveness to your child. There’s room for both.

I know how overwhelming baby sleep advice can be. The sleep world is full of extremes! Some say leaving a baby to cry is the only way, while others insist parents just have to wait it out and push through years of exhaustion. The truth is, sleep can improve in a way that nurtures your child, aligns with your parenting values, and supports your well-being.

I offer virtual sleep coaching for families everywhere, as well as in-person postpartum doula care and hybrid sleep coaching in Fort Collins and surrounding Northern Colorado areas.

Kind Words

“Working with Rachel has been life-changing. In just two weeks, our 10-month baby's nights became so much more predictable— he's falling asleep easier, waking less, and sleeping long stretches that were unimaginable two weeks ago.

Rachel's approach was completely tailored to us. She took our personalities, goals, and lifestyle into account when creating the sleep plan. The daily check-ins and fine tuning along the way were invaluable, giving us the support and confidence we needed.

This transformation has impacted our family in every way. Our baby is learning to sleep independently while still feeling loved and supported, and we as parents are finally getting the rest we need. If you're considering working with Rachel, don't wait-she's making a huge difference in people's lives!”

“Rachel truly changed our lives! Our 4 month old had been struggling for months with sleep - he wouldn't nap more than 20 minutes and was constantly overtired and upset. Falling asleep was just as difficult - it took forever even to start one of those short naps! It was taking a significant toll on our family. Rachel was our savior. Within a week of her assessing our family goals and our baby's needs, our son was sleeping easily and peacefully!! He was falling asleep on his own, and that helped extend naps too. She gave us the tools and the confidence to make it happen. Thank you, Rachel!!”

“Rachel was a godsend to our family and helped take care of our precious but complicated and very fussy newborn daughter. From the first instant, our daughter was filled with smiles and happy coos for Rachel and I could tell Rachel is gifted in caring for infants and genuinely loves spending time with them. She has such a gentle demeanor and everyone in my family remarked at how pleasant she was to be around. She was communicative, patient, punctual, transparent, always asking what more she could do or help with… Everything you could ask for during a hectic and vulnerable time!”
